Solberg & Andersen has been awarded a frame agreement

Solberg & Andersen AS, a subsidiary of Bjørge ASA, has been awarded a frame
agreement. The frame agreement is for delivering of control valves on the NCS.
The contract has a duration of 5 years with option on further extension for 2+2
years.

It is expected that the order value on the frame agreement is above 50 MNOK
during the next 5 years.

The frame agreement has been awarded in close collaboration with Emerson Process
Management, Fisher.

industry and the maritime industry. The customer base includes oil companies and
oil service industry. "New" Bjørge, that consist of the remaining companies,
Solberg & Andersen and Bjørge Teamtrade, will be a leading provider of products,
solutions and services connected to valves and instrumentation within the energy
and offshore business.
