Northern Frontier Corp. Announces Grant of Share Options and Restricted Share Units
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/30/16 -- Northern Frontier Corp. (TSX VENTURE: FFF) (the "Corporation") announces that its board of directors (the "Board") has granted the following share options ("Options") and restricted share units ("RSUs") to its directors, senior officers and management of the Corporation:
All Options were granted under the Corporation's Option plan, have a five-year term and vest (as to one third of the number of Shares that may be purchased) on the first, second and third anniversaries of the date of grant. All RSU's were granted under the Corporation's RSU plan, and vest (as to one third of the number of Shares that are issued) on the first, second and third anniversaries of the date of grant.
