FP Resources Limited Announces Equity Interest in Norvista Capital Corporation
(firmenpresse) - BEDFORD, NOVA SCOTIA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/31/16 -- FP Resources Limited ("FP") today announces that it acquired 8,333,334 common shares (the "Shares") of Norvista Capital Corporation ("Norvista") (TSX VENTURE: NVV) pursuant to a non-brokered private placement at a price of $0.12 per Share for $1,000,000. The acquisition of common shares of Norvista occurred as part of a non-brokered private placement of 27,708,332 common shares of Norvista that was announced on March 22, 2016, and closed on March 29, 2016.
Prior to the transaction, FP owned 4,000,000 common shares of Norvista representing approximately 9.16% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Norvista. Upon completion of the transaction, the 12,333,334 common shares owned by FP represent approximately 17.28% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Norvista. Depending on market and other conditions, or as future circumstances may dictate, FP may from time to time increase or decrease its holdings of common shares or other securities of Norvista.
