(TSX: SBN) (TSX: SBN.PR.A) has declared a monthly distribution on its Preferred Shares in the amount of $0.04375 payable on April 29, 2016 to shareholders of record on April 15, 2016 (ex-dividend date: April 13, 2016). To the extent that any portions of the distributions are ordinary taxable dividends and not capital gains dividends, they will be eligible dividends.
