The directors we approached by the owners son last year with a view to refurbishing his mother’s apartment. “We were given a strict budget to work within and although the project was relatively small by some of the recent projects we have completed recently it did have its challenges. The property required a new kitchen and shower room along with a full electrical rewire along with some other cosmetic changes including a complete redecoration to complete this sweet home from home.
