Karsten Terminates Option Agreement With Metallis
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/05/16 -- Karsten Energy Corp. (TSX VENTURE: KAY) ("Karsten" or the "Company") announces that it has terminated its option to acquire an undivided 100% interest in certain claims known as the Mackenzie Mountains Iron-Copper Property from Metallis Resources Inc. ("Metallis"). Pursuant to the terms of the option agreement, the Company paid Metallis the sum of $11,201 and has no further obligations.
