New CRM and Self-Serve Student Portal Will Streamline Application Process for International Students

By improving communication and relationship building with prospective students, Enrollment Rx will support the admissions teams at each of the District's three colleges in their effort to increase applications and create an exceptional student experience.
San Mateo County Community College District serves more than 40,000 students each year across three colleges located in the Silicon Valley: Cañada College (Redwood City), College of San Mateo (San Mateo) and Skyline College (San Bruno). Previously, the admissions staff was tasked with manually entering application data into their Student Information System (SIS), which proved to be highly inefficient, especially as enrollment increased. Through seamless integration with Banner Student, Enrollment Rx will fully automate this application process. In addition, staff across the three campuses will now have access to a centralized system to simplify data access, sharing and reporting.

As part of the CRM deployment, San Mateo County Community College District will also implement a customized student portal from Enrollment Rx. By enabling international students to self-serve, the online portal will simplify the application process for students and dramatically reduce administrative follow-up for missing documents, freeing up staff time to focus on higher-value relationship building. The District also plans to extend Enrollment Rx to recruitment efforts, enabling staff to create more proactive outreach campaigns and better manage third-party agents involved in international recruiting.
