Christian Rock Band Needtobreathe Ticket Sales Announced As New Singles Released
Dove and Grammy-award winning Needtobreathe will tour the U.S. in late summer and fall. Two singles from the band’s album HARD LOVE debut on Christian radio April 8.
(firmenpresse) - Grammy award winning Christian rock band Needtobreathe has released the first two singles from the upcoming album HARD LOVE. The two cuts, €œHappiness" and €œMoney & Fame" hit Christian radio in heavy rotation beginning April 8. The album is slated for release July 15, just weeks before the band hits the road for a summer-fall Tour de Compadres. Tickets for the tour go on sale to the general public April 15, but have been available to fan club members since April 4.
HARD LOVE is the band's sixth studio album. Previous albums have hit it big with fans, and have garnered 13 Dove award nominations and 10 Dove award wins. The band also took the 2015 Grammy for Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song for €œMultiplied," off Needtobreathe's 2014 release, €œRivers in the Wasteland." €œRivers" debuted in the #1 spot on Billboard's Christian Albums Chart, but the album's biggest success was the breakout single, €œBrother," which held the #1 spot on both the Billboard Hot Christian Songs and Christian Digital Songs chart.
This summer's Compadres tour is a reboot of the 2015 Tour de Compadres tour, which sold out shows all over the country, including a massive sold-out date at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado.

The new tour kicks off with a date at the Red Hat Amphitheatre in Raleigh, North Carolina on August 17, and runs through November. Expected opening acts include Mat Kearney, John Mark McMillan, Parachute, and Welshly Arms. Tour highlights include huge hometown celebration at Volvo Car Stadium in Charleston, SC on August 19, as well as dates at Chicago's Aragon Ballroom and New York's Beacon Theatre. Needtobreathe will also attempt to repeat their sellout appearance at Colorado's Red Rock Amphitheatre with a September 15 show at the legendary outdoor venue in Morrison.
