(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/08/16 -- Rugby Mining Limited ("Rugby" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: RUG) reports that it has, subject to exchange approval, granted 150,000 stock options to consultants with an exercise price of $0.06 and an aggregate of 300,000 stock options to directors and officers with an exercise price of $0.06.
The grant of stock options to the directors and officers replaces options that recently expired in February.
