ROI Land Investments Appoints Dr. Sami Chaouch as Chief Executive Officer and Sebastien Cliche as Co-President and Chief Operating Officer

MONTREAL, April 7, 2016 - ROI Land Investments Ltd. (OTCQB: ROII) ("ROI" or the
"Company") announced today that it has made the following changes to its senior
management team:
* Dr. Sami Chaouch has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and will
continue to serve as Executive Chairman
* Sebastien Cliche, Co-Founder of ROI, has been named Co-President and Chief
Operating Officer
* Philippe Germain, a Co-Founder of ROI, will become Co-President
Dr. Sami Chaouch, age 51, started his career in investment banking in the
Middle-East where he held several senior executive positions before moving to
Canada in 2000 to continue working on various investment banking mandates, both
in Canada and internationally. Dr. Chaouch served as Executive Vice President,
M&A Head and CFO of a large Canadian Media and TV group for six years, and
currently sits on the Board of Directors of Groupe V Media and also on the Board
of Alliance Pharma. Dr. Chaouch obtained a business administration degree from
HEC Carthage, in Tunisia, and a Masters degree and Ph.D. in Finance from the
University Paris-Dauphine.

Mr. Cliche, age 32, is an experienced real estate and land developer, and Co-
Founder of ROI. He has served as Chief Executive Officer at ROI since March
2014. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Cliche served as Executive Vice
President at Azur & Capital, a land and construction bridge fund, where he
oversaw loan origination efforts. Mr. Cliche also served as a project manager at
Richard Cliche Constructions where he managed commercial and residential
construction projects for over a decade.
