Reference is made to the announcement from Songa Offshore SE ("Company") on 15
March 2016 and subsequent releases regarding its refinancing.
A bondholders' meeting in the Company's three bond loans, SONG04, SONG05 and
SONG06, was held today at 1 pm (CET). The amendments to the bond loan agreements
as proposed by the Company in the summons of 22 March 2016 were supported by
qualified majorities in all three loans, and were thus duly approved. Please
