The corresponding notice of meeting serving as convocation containing the agenda
and draft resolutions was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales
Obligatoires (French Bulletin of Mandatory Legal Notices - BALO) No.44 on April

Shareholders may attend the meeting regardless of the number of shares they own:
· Holders of bearer-form shares shall submit a request to their financial inter-
mediates in order to obtain the necessary forms (proxy and distance voting).
· Holders of registered-form shares will receive these forms directly with their
convening notice.
