(Salem, New Hampshire, April 12, 2016) ProPhotonix Limited (OTC: STKR; AIM: PPIX), was notified on April 11, 2016 that Tim Losik, the Company's CEO, purchased 100,000 common shares of $0.001 in the Company ("Common Shares") on April 11, 2016, at a price of $0.04 per share. Following this purchase his direct holding amounts to 297,200 Common Shares representing 0.35% per cent of Common Shares in issue.
