(firmenpresse) - OAKVILLE, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/12/16 -- Giyani Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: WDG) (the "Company" or "Giyani") would like to announce the resignation of Mr. Ron Reed, the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company, effective April 5, 2016.
Mr. Duane Parnham, Executive Chairman, will act in the capacity as CFO until a new appointee is made. The Company would like to thank Mr. Reed for his contribution and dedication to Giyani and wish him success in his future endeavours.
