(Salem, New Hampshire, April 13, 2016) ProPhotonix Limited (OTC: STKR, London Stock Exchange - AIM: PPIX), was notified on April 12, 2016 that Tim Losik, the Company's CEO, purchased 100,000 common shares of $0.001 in the Company ("Common Shares") on April 12, 2016, at a price of $0.0343 per share.
