B&B TOOLS establishes new operating area

(Thomson Reuters ONE) - B&B TOOLS is currently coordinating the Product Companies encompassedby the B&B TOOLS Products operating area with the Group's IT, supplychain and central purchasing functions to form a new operating areaknown as B&B TOOLS Solutions ("Solutions").The formation of Solutions will enable B&B TOOLS to take acoordinated approach to the Group's offering of products and servicesand to gradually implement required solutions related to the Group'slogistics vision and IT strategy. Overall, this will enable the Groupto establish more favourable conditions for coordination andstreamlining, and to strengthen its development and purchasingpotential.The new operating area will be recognised separately as of theInterim Report for the first quarter of the current operating year (1April - 30 June 2009), which will be published on 19 August 2009.
