DENVER COLORADO, LONDON ENGLAND&FRANKFURT GERMANY -
Produced Water Solutions, PLC ('PWS.GR') a technology driven, water
treatment and recycling services provider to the Oil and Gas Industry,
today announced its acquisition of a new manufacturing and service facility
in Colorado. The new facility is conveniently located in the heart of the
Denver-Julesburg Basin and will allow PWS to provide even better service to
its current and future customers.
The new facility encompasses 20 acres of land and currently has 15 thousand
square feet of operational space. The new facility is comprised of a number
of buildings including manufacturing, laboratory and office space. It is
designed to house the Companies engineering, project management,
fabrication and support staff. As industry demand for produced and
flow-back water treatment services continues to increase, the new facility
will fully equip PWS with the capabilities and support systems that are
essential to fulfilling the market needs.
'The newly acquired manufacturing and service facility is a key component
