Romios Announces Grant of Stock Options

(the "Company" or "Romios") (TSX VENTURE: RG)(OTC PINK: RMIOF)(FRANKFURT: D4R) wishes to announce that an aggregate of 2,800,000 share purchase options to acquire common shares of the Company at $0.10 per share for five years has been granted to seven directors and one officer.
