Kingsgate Marriott Conference Center at the University of Cincinnati Welcomes New General Manager
(firmenpresse) - CINCINNATI, OH -- (Marketwired) -- 04/21/16 -- Brandt has been appointed as the new General Manager at Kingsgate Marriott Conference Center at the University of Cincinnati. A long-time Marriott International employee, Brandt stepped into his new role beginning March 21, 2016.
Brandt has been working in the hospitality industry for 36 years at hotels in New Orleans, Louisiana, Covington, Kentucky, Jackson, Mississippi, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and Akron, Ohio. A Marriott employee since 1990, Brandt has served in a variety of managerial roles throughout the Marriott brands, including Residence Inn and Courtyard. For the past 15 years he has been the General Manager for Courtyard Cincinnati Covington in Covington, KY, and recently won the 2015 Diamond General Manager of the Year award.
Brandt delivers a wealth of sales, management and leadership to Kingsgate Marriott Conference Center at the University of Cincinnati, as well as a passion for the community. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Northern Kentucky Convention and Visitors Bureau. As a College of Business, University of Cincinnati alumnus (1982) and an avid fan of the Bengals, Reds and especially the Bearcats, Brandt describes his new appointment as his dream job.
