April 25, 2016 - Vancouver, British Columbia. Zadar Ventures Ltd. (the Company) (TSX-V:ZAD) announces that it has engaged RB Milestone Group LLC (RBMG) as a corporate consultant pursuant to an agreement between the Company and RBMG dated April 13, 2016 (the Agreement). The Company also announces it has appointed Jason Dussault to its Advisory Board.
Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, RBMG will provide market intelligence services and devote ongoing support related to equity research initiatives for an initial term of six months with the option to renew as appropriate.. In consideration of its services, RBMG will be paid a retainer of US$70,000. Over the years, RBMG has worked with many energy and natural resource companies globally, and more recently has assisted Pure Energy Minerals Limited (Pure Energy) during their development stages. Pure Energy is a leader in mineral exploration and development in the Clayton Valley region and has published a 43-101 Inferred Resource on its flagship project showing 816,000 tons of lithium.
The Company would also like to welcome Jason Dussault to the Advisory Board. Mr. Dussault was the Founder and first CEO of Pure Energy. Mr. Dussault led Pure Energys initial capital raise, RTO and phase one exploration program. Mr. Dussaults experience in the Lithium sector will make him a valuable addition to the Company and his long standing relationship with GeoXplorer (the operator of Pure Energy) will help streamline the Companys upcoming exploration programs.
Mr. Dussault stated the following regarding his appointment: "Since my original investment six years ago in the Clayton Valley, I have believed that it had the potential to be a viable solution for domestic lithium supply in the USA. Lithium projects in the area may benefit from the developments of Teslas new Gigafactory in Nevada and its interest in purchasing lithium hydroxide from regional sources in Clayton Valley."
