Southern Home Medical Provides Company and Shareholder Update
(firmenpresse) - GREER, SC -- (Marketwired) -- 04/25/16 -- Southern Home Medical, Inc. (OTC PINK: SHOM), a holding company providing healthcare services and medical equipment to medical institutions, facilities and in-home patients has updates today for its shareholders.
Jeffrey L. Sarvis, President and CEO of Southern Home Medical, stated, "The merger transaction continues to move forward. This requires my resignation as President & CEO as well as Director on the Board. This will be effective immediately."
The New Interim President, CEO and Director will be Mr. Miguel Dotres. Mr. Dotres has been involved with many public companies covering all aspects of corporate management at the highest levels, plus corporate mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Dotres has served as a Board Member, Officer and Director for many of these companies. Mr. Dotres will lead the company through this transitional phase. "We have a great opportunity ahead of us. I hope to continue and build upon the great work Mr. Sarvis and his team has done," stated Mr. Dotres.
Brittany Toole will resign her position as secretary, as well as Director on the Board, effective immediately.
You will continue to see changes and updates to all aspects associated with SHOM to include continual legal requirements.
