Merete Myhrstad temporary CEO from 12 November

According to the announcement of Peter Strand as the new CEO in Northern
Logistic Property ASA, after Per Gunnar Rymer resigned his position in June
2010, it has now been agreed that Rymer will leave his position on 12 November
this year. From this day, Merete Myhrstad will temporary assume the position as
CEO until Peter Strand takes up the position from around 10 January 2011. Merete
Myhrstad, a member of the Board, is a partner in UNIConsult and has previous
experience from Arthur Andersen & Co, Oslo Børs and Finanstilsynet (the FSA of
Norway). She has been acting CFO in NLP from 23 August this year.
