February 8, 2007 he exceeded the 3% voting rights threshold in ADVA AG Optical
Networking and that his share of voting rights was at 3.43% (1.556.100 voting
rights) that day. The voting rights are to be ascribed to Mark Kingdon
entirely pursuant to section 22 paragraph 1, sentence 1, number 6 WpHG in
connection with sentence 2 WpHG.
