Board approval of financial statements for 2015

The Board of Directors of Aqualis ASA has today approved the financial
statements for 2015. The statements are adjusted compared to the preliminary and
unaudited 2015 results reported by Aqualis ASA on February 18, 2016. The
adjustment relates to impairment of goodwill of USD 0.9 million related to
Aqualis' operations in Norway. The revised loss after taxes for 2015 is USD 2.2
million. The impairment of goodwill has no cash implications.
