(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: BCF) announced today that Mr. Michael Matishak, CPA has resigned effective immediately from the board of directors. Mr. Matishak has accepted another appointment, the terms of which require him to resign his involvement with our public company board and accordingly has stepped down.
The board of directors thank Mr. Matishak for his services and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
