SDRL - Seadrill sells remaining 8.2% stake in SapuraKencana Petroleum Bhd

Hamilton, Bermuda, April 27, 2016 - Seadrill Limited ("Seadrill") announces
today that it has sold its remaining stake of approximately 490 million shares
in SapuraKencana for approximately $195 million.
The proceeds from the share sale will provide additional liquidity and will be
used for general corporate purposes.
