PBXact UC is a VoIP based system offering not only core PBX functionality, but also a broad set of advanced features such as web Conferencing/Collaboration, Mobility/Remote user integration, CRM/Help Desk integration, built in Fax-over-IP Service and powerful IVR and Contact Center capabilities.
For ease of management and configuration, the system offers a guided installation wizard and a simplified web GUI that delivers complete working systems in just a few minutes.
PBXact UC also includes all the tools necessary to elegantly integrate Sangoma's line of IP Phones, featuring Zero-Touch Provisioning (which gets Sangoma phones operating automatically via Redirection/Auto-configuration Servers) and free access to Phone Apps (a set of advanced business features enabled by simple browsing on the phone color screen).
