Orbixa Technologies Lawsuit Against JitneyTrade Proceeding to Mediation

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/02/16 -- Peter Beck, founder and President of Orbixa Technologies Inc., today announced that a mediation date of July 12, 2016 has been set in Orbixa Technologies' $41.9 million lawsuit against JitneyTrade Inc., Oscar Ribeiro, Kamal Mansouri and Eidolon Systems Inc.

If the parties cannot come to a mutually acceptable settlement through mediation, then Orbixa Technologies' action will proceed to trial.
