Giyani Gold Filing Update

(firmenpresse) - OAKVILLE, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/02/16 -- Giyani Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: WDG) (the "Company" or "Giyani") was in technical default of the provisions of NI 51-102 requiring the Company to file its Audited Annual Consolidated Financial Statements for the years ended December 31, 2015 and 2014 ("Annual Financial Statements") and MD&A by March 30, 2016 resulting from its listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE"). The Company remedied this default by filing its Annual Financial Statements and MD&A on April 29, 2016.
