Gamehost Insurance Coverage and Update on Boomtown Casino Property in Fort McMurray

The Company's Boomtown Casino in Fort McMurray, Alberta is fully insured including property and business interruption coverage. All Gamehost properties and operations are fully insured by a leading multinational property and casualty insurance company. Management has initiated an insurance claim in anticipation of losses at our Boomtown Casino and is currently in discussions with the insurer regarding due process.
The property, which is leased, is located in Fort McMurray's downtown core which has been fully evacuated on civil authority. Currently we are not aware of any direct fire or other damage to the building and cannot, with any certainty, project a reopening date or when we might return to full operations.
Our thoughts and concerns are with our staff, emergency and forest service workers and the rest of the community, some of which will have sustained substantial losses.
Gamehost is a corporation established under the laws of the Province of Alberta. The Company's operations are all located in the Province of Alberta, Canada. Operations of the Company include the Boomtown Casino in Ft. McMurray, the Great Northern Casino, Service Plus Inns & Suites hotel and a strip mall all located in Grande Prairie.
