Increase of target price for gold and tungsten.
Focus is on the worldwide re-allocations and demand from Asian investors
and governments, in particular, from China and India for an increase in
gold and other precious metals. We are lifting the target price for gold
from currently USD1800 per ounce to USD2100 per ounce over the following 6
months. Additional demand should come from increased inflationary
tendencies in the US, Europe and China.
Furthermore, we are lifting our price for tungsten from currently USD460
per ton (APT)to USD520 per ton (APT) over the following 12 month. Focus
continues to be the strong demand for tungesten and the restrictive export
policy of the Chinese commodities agency.
China is controlling currently around 75% of the worldwide tungsten
sources.
