KINGSPORT, Tenn., May 5, 2016 - The board of directors of Eastman Chemical
Company (NYSE:EMN) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.46 per share on
the company's common stock.
The dividend is payable July 1, 2016, to stockholders of record as of June
15, 2016.
