(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/05/16 -- Excel Funds Management Inc. ("Excel Funds"), the fund manager of Excel Funds Mauritius Company Ltd. (formerly Excel India Growth and Income Company Ltd.) (the "Fund"), announced today that it has refiled the Fund's financial statements for the period from March 27, 2015 (date of incorporation) to September 30, 2015 (the "Financial Statements").

The refiled Financial Statements replace the original version of the Financial Statements filed on December 24, 2015, which were audited by a firm that is not registered with the Canadian Public Accountability Board. They are available on SEDAR at and on the Excel Funds' website at .
