eShippers Management Announces Appointment of New Director
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/10/16 -- eShippers Management Ltd. ("eShippers" or the "Company") (NEX: EPX.H) is pleased to announce that, subject to NEX approval, Mr. Leo Berezan has been appointed as a director of the Company. Mr. Berezan, a Vancouver-based businessman, has been a director and co-owner of R.M. Berezan & Son Ltd. for 40 years. RM Berezan has extensive real estate holdings in British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba, as well as in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas. Mr. Berezan has served on the boards of several public companies, including the board of Rainy River Resources Ltd. on which he served from 1999 to 2013 and as its Chair from 2007 until Rainy was acquired by New Gold Inc. in 2013.
The Company also announces that Mr. Brian Tingle has resigned as President and a director of eShippers to focus on his other business interests. The Board expects to appoint a new President in the near future. eShippers wishes to thank Mr. Tingle for his service.
The board of directors of eShippers is now comprised of Gerald Shields, Michelle Gahagan, Michael Curtis and Leo Berezan.
