10 May 2016, by Jörg Bantleon, D-80000 Munich that he holds indirect through
BANTLEON BANK AG, Bahnhofstrasse 2, CH-6300 Zug, through acquisition of shares,
10.03% of the voting rights and of the registered share capital of Bellevue
Group AG. This corresponds to 1'350'000 registered shares and voting rights.
According to the declaration of Jörg Bantleon, the Stock Exchange Act threshold
of 10 percent was exceeded on 6 May 2016.
