Liquor Stores N.A. Ltd. Shareholders Approve All Resolutions at Annual Meeting of Shareholders

(the "Company" or "Liquor Stores") (TSX: LIQ) held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 10, 2016, in Edmonton. A total of 3,470,721 shares, representing approximately 12.58% of common shares, were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.
During the regular business proceedings at the meeting, shareholders approved the resolutions below:
1. Fixing Number of Directors
The number of directors was fixed at nine (9). Liquor Stores' shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at the meeting voted as follows:

The nine nominees set forth in the Liquor Stores' management information circular (the "Circular") dated April 6, 2016 were elected as directors of Liquor Stores by a majority vote cast by ballot. Liquor Stores' shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at the meeting voted as follows:
3. Appointment of Auditors
This resolution appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Chartered Accountants, to serve as auditors of Liquor Stores until the next annual meeting or until their successor is appointed, at a remuneration to be fixed by the Board of Directors was approved by a show of hands.
