Asian Fox Developments (Group of Companies) has hit refresh button on its business model and transformed to “Online-Virtual-Company”, an initiative to help all it’s employees to work-from-home permanently.
Asian Fox Developments had initiated a trial period from January 1st, 2016 to Jan 15, 2016 to support Delhi’s Odd-even scheme started by CM Arvind Kejriwal. But after receiving appreciable response by it’s employees, company continued this and made work-from-home process permanent from March 11,2016 for all employees in every vertical of the company.
The odd-even scheme is aimed at curbing pollution as it has soared to extremely high, even toxic, levels.
