(the "Company") (CSE: BWC) today announces that RD Capital Inc., a company controlled by Devinder Randhawa, Chairman and CEO of the Company, has agreed to advance the Company up to $50,000 to provide the Company with working capital to meet its current obligations.

BIG WIND CAPITAL INC. Common Shares are listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol "BWC".
