Process Days 2016: arvato Systems and GBTEC present BIC Cloud and BPM Best Practices

At their roadshow, arvato Systems and GBTEC will provide information about current business process management trends, proven solutions in BPM projects, and BPM from the cloud.

Gütersloh/Bochum ? For the eleventh time, IT system innovator arvato Systems and GBTEC, experts in project and process management, are jointly presenting Process Days. The roadshow with the slogan ?Business Process Transformation? will make stops in three German cities this year: Munich (June 2), Frankfurt (June 21), and Cologne (June 28). The highlight of the events will be the presentation of BIC Cloud, the cloud variant of the modular business process management solution BIC Platform. With the cloud service, users can now model, analyze, and optimize business processes even easier. The multi-user functionality simplifies collaborative work for and with processes. In addition, it is possible for users to simulate processes of all types and also perform modeling offline.
Best practice lectures and workshops
The roadshow held by arvato Systems and GBTEC offers chief operating officers, process managers, IT managers, quality managers, and employees who manage and optimize business processes a unique opportunity to find out more about current BPM topics and to discuss findings and experiences with fellow experts. In practice-based workshops, visitors can learn about and practice the implementation strategies presented in lectures by high-caliber speakers from banks, industrial businesses, and governmental agencies. A presentation on the current BIC Platform, including its innovative cloud version, completes the program.
An overview of the schedule:
? 06/02: Hotel Le Méridien, Munich
Workshop: ?Model to Execute? for globally designed process management. Participants learn how to model, optimize, and automate processes with specific objectives in mind.
? 06/21: Hotel InterContinental, Frankfurt
Workshop: The process-based development of internal control systems and the integration of an organizational manual. Participants learn how to set up effective risk management systems with which they can monitor, control, model, and report risks along the entire process chain, in a way that ensures compliance.
? 06/28: Hotel Hyatt Regency, Cologne
Workshop: Thematic and technical process modeling in the context of business-IT alignment. Participants learn how, with regard to digital transformation, they can reconcile the requirements of thematic and IT departments using process models, in order to be able to realize perfect solutions.
