Eurocastle Announces Retirement of Mr. Keith Dorrian from its Board of Directors

Guernsey. 19 May 2015 - Eurocastle Investment Limited (Euronext Amsterdam: ECT)
("Eurocastle" or the "Company") announces that after over a decade of valuable
service, Keith Dorrian has retired from Eurocastle's Board of Directors as well
as from the Company's Audit Committee. As previously announced, Ms. Claire
Whittet was appointed to the Board as an additional director in January 2016 and
her appointment was approved at the Company's 2016 Annual General Meeting held
on 18 May 2016.
