The 2015 Executive Compensation Disclosure discloses compensation considered to be directly or indirectly payable, awarded, granted, given or otherwise provided by the Limited Partnership to each director and to each individual that is considered a "named executive officer" of the Limited Partnership under applicable securities laws. The 2015 Executive Compensation Disclosure also addresses the disclosure that would have been required in a similar filing in respect of the year ended December 31, 2014, for the period from July 11, 2014 to December 31, 2014.
