Northern Superior Receives Judgment Regarding Its Action Against the Ontario Government

(TSX VENTURE: SUP) ("Northern Superior" or the "Company") advises that the judge's written decision in the Company's lawsuit against the Government of Ontario was handed down today. Unfortunately, the judge ruled in favor of Ontario. The decision will be made available on the Company's website in due course. In the coming days, the Company will review the decision in greater detail together with its legal counsel before commenting further.
