Kaminak Announces Voting Results of Annual General Meeting

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/26/16 -- Kaminak Gold Corporation (TSX VENTURE: KAM) is pleased to announce the voting results of the Company's Annual General Meeting held on May 25, 2016 in Vancouver, British Columbia. Shareholders voted to re-elect the Company's seven member Board of Directors (the "Board") as well as to approve Kaminak's Amended and Restated Option Plan, a Restricted Share Unit Plan and a Deferred Share Unit Plan with 49.17% of shares outstanding represented at the meeting.

A summary of voting results relating to the re-election of the Company's Board can be found below.
