UGE International Ltd. Announces Stock Ticker Symbol Change to UGE

(the "Company") () (TSX VENTURE: UGE)(OTCQB: UGEIF), a global leader in distributed renewable energy solutions, is pleased to announce that effective today, May 26, 2016 the Company's stock ticker symbol will change to "UGE" (TSX VENTURE: UGE) on the TSX Venture Exchange. The previous ticker symbol was "UG" (TSX VENTURE: UG).
UGE's President and CEO Nick Blitterswyk said, "We are pleased to have the opportunity to adopt the UGE ticker symbol to match our corporate identity. With strong organic growth, and our recent acquisition of Endura Energy, we look forward to gaining further attention for our successes in the months and years to come."
No action is required to be taken by current shareholders in connection with the change, and no change has been made to the Company's share capital. The Company's US ticker symbol remains "UGEIF" (OTCQB: UGEIF).
