Golden Arrow Files NI 43-101 Technical Report for Chinchillas Silver Project Mineral Resource Estimate
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/27/16 -- Golden Arrow Resources Corporation (TSX VENTURE: GRG)(FRANKFURT: GAC)(WKN: A0B6XQ), ("Golden Arrow" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has filed on SEDAR a NI 43-101 Technical Report dated May 27th, 2016, to support the updated mineral resource estimate for the Chinchillas silver-lead-zinc project in Jujuy Province, Argentina, as announced April 12th, 2016.
A copy of the Technical Report will also be made available on the Company website, .
Qualified Persons
The mineral resource estimate and associated Technical Report was prepared under the direction of Bruce Davis, FAusIMM, of BD Resource Consulting, Inc. with Robert Sim, P.Geo, of SIM Geological Inc. and Brian McEwen, P.Geol. Based on education, work experience relevant to this style of mineralization and deposit type, and membership in a recognized professional organization, both Mr. Sim and Mr. Davis are independent Qualified Persons (QP) and Mr. McEwen is a non-independent QP, within the requirements of NI 43-101 for the purpose of the mineral resource estimate in the Technical Report.
The contents of the news release have been reviewed and approved by Mr McEwen, P.Geol., who is VP Exploration and Development, and a QP under the requirements of NI 43-101.
