Securities Markets Act, from Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited on
May 27, 2016.
The holding of Ameriprise Financial Inc's holding companies (Threadneedle Asset
Management Limited, Columbia Wanger Asset Management, LLC and Columbia
Management Investment Advisers, LLC) in shares of Tikkurila Oyj fell below the
1/20 (5%) threshold due to trades executed on May 27, 2016. The holding of the
