North Springs Resources and Island Capital S.A. Have Entered Into an Agreement With Fouani Equity Fund to Provide Funding for POTEN

(OTC PINK: NSRS) and its JV partner Island Capital S.A. have entered into an agreement with the Fouani Equity Fund AG. to provide up to 5 million dollars in funding for POTEN. POTEN is a treatment using F.D.A. approved pharmaceuticals for the treatment of erectile dysfunction ("ED"). The erectile dysfunction market is estimated at over 4 billion dollars a year, but unlike other ED drugs, POTEN is effective for people with Type 2 Diabetes.
