Asiakastieto Group's Boards resolution on distribution of funds as capital
repayment
Annual General Meeting on 1 April 2016 authorised the Board, at its discretion,
to resolve the distribution of funds to shareholders as capital repayment from
the reserve for invested unrestricted equity of no more than EUR 0,23 per share,
i.e. EUR 3 473 500,94 in total.
The Board resolved on 1 June 2016 that as capital repayment from the reserve for
invested unrestricted equity shall be paid 0,23 per share, i.e. EUR
3 473 500,94 in total. The capital repayment shall be paid to shareholders
registered in the Company's shareholders' register held by Euroclear Finland Ltd
on the payment record date of 3 June 2016. The funds are paid on 10 June 2016.
