Constellation Software's Total Specific Solutions Completes Acquisition of Vicrea

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/01/16 -- Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX: CSU) today announced that its subsidiary, Total Specific Solutions (TSS) B.V. ("TSS"), acquired all shares in the capital of Vicrea Holding B.V. ("Vicrea"), a leading software provider of GEO IT solutions for the local government domain in the Netherlands.

"Vicrea, market leader in GEO IT for integrated information solutions, is a valuable addition to the TSS-group" said Han Knooren, GM of TSS. "Adding Vicrea to our public sector vertical further strengthens our market position in this domain."
