CSE: 2016-0601 - Consolidation - SecureCom Mobile Inc. (SCE)
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/02/16 -- SecureCom Mobile Inc. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one (1) post consolidation share for each five (5) pre consolidation common shares. No fractional shares will be issued. Fractional common shares comprising (i) less than one-half of one common share will be cancelled, and (ii) greater than or equal to one-half of one common share will be converted into one whole common share.
As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 5,034,448.
The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on June 3, 2016.
The name and symbol will not change.
Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business today, June 2, 2016. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
